I have found a couple of things I wna watch!
So in no particular order,

1. Wicked
EVERYONE TELLS ME IT'S GOOD ): am so desperate to watch it hahaha. already decided that i'll be going with my family! was supposed to go with pj and dames and belly but .. ballet beckons haha. so yup with my family! hopefullyyy sometime soon ):

2. Swan Lake by SDT
hoping I can watch this with Eugenia! i haven't been for a ballet concert for so long ): and i figure i'll better appreciate it now! plus the tickets are all under $100 yay! :D

3. Les Ballets Trockadero de Monte Carlo

i was thinking of watching Oliver Twist as well but hmm will see.

my weekdays are work days from 8.30 to 5.30.
and my weekends are ballet days. everything revolves around my ballet lessons, they're like the number 1 priority now!

it's been decided that eugenia and i will be doing the character dance study. which kinda.. isn't so good for me because it's the latest thing we have learnt = the least amount of time we get to practise it. also we only do character at the end of class so the dance study is invariably sacrificed. i did kinda hope that i'll be able to do the free movement dance study or maybe even the classical but oh well no such luck. i guess this is what it means by team work!

so now i really really have to work super duper hard on the dance study because i'm so bad at it :/ i don't wna drag eugenia down or let ms mccully down! i must prove to them that i have what it takes. so first up is actually remembering the steps :X balance and balance and sashay and swish! runrunrunrun full break! mazurka 1 mazurka 2 mazurka 3 and full break. pas marche pas marche .. and i forget sigh ): i always remember till there then my brain blanks out! D: i also remember like snippets of the dance but i don't know where they go. so i end up really really disappointed and angry at myself ):

then i gotta find the style hmm. time to watch more videossss. :)

anyway ballet's tonight so it's time to see if i can remember sigh! D:

.. thinking about life.

haha okay not exactly. we're already into feburary 2012 and like gosh where did my first month of 2012 go to? then i realise that i've worked it away wowww.

the first two weeks of the year was spent working at the factory sales! it was my first ever job and i was a cashier/salesperson with meimei. it was quite an interesting experience! we not only got to use the register but also tried to promote the products .. IN CHINESE. so i'm quite proud of myself :D and there was one reallyy cool incident!! a bunch of SN teachers were on some new year goodies buying trip i think andddd they came in haha. it was pretty cool to see some of my teachers again especially after so long! ^^ puayjoo and damien also came over to visit me (alll the way at woodlands yay them!!) so i was a happy girl.

after that i found a new job at my aunt's firm where i am currently working! the contract only ends on 30 march so i'm gna be here for quiteee awhile. this job is like a world apart from being a cashier/salesperson. i'm not exactly sure which job i prefer hmm. but it's not too bad working here, and puayjoo's here with me too! even tho she's reallyyy far away ): oh i haven't been doing much actually (oops) it's a lot of waiting for them to give me work to do. i feel quite bad asking them because they already seem so busy with their own stuff. so the other option is to sit here and wait ):
OH THE COOLEST THING IS... the free vending machine hahaha! there's horlicks, milo, coffee, teh tarik, root beer andddd lemon barley. so i end up drinking A LOT of heaty heaty milo which totally explains the emergence of the multiple pimples on my face now sigh!

hmmm what else has been happening. oh yes sleepover at belly's house last last friday was not bad! we watched ANTM and Mean Girls 2! i think i prefer the original mean girls, mean girls 2 wasn't as nice! OH AND BELLY'S HOUSE IS BEAUTIFUL!! it's so big and cool and like whoaaa i dont even know how to describe it. andand belly's room is really like some princess room, totallyyyy jealous. i wish i was as arty as bellyz ): the sleeping part itself was.. embarrassing yes -.-

also went to ms loh's house to play DDR and woohooooo it's so fun! BUT SO HARD HAHA. puayjoo is naturally talented and shuita is like... wow hidden talent much!! it was rlyyy fun hehe :D can't wait to go out w ms loh and st and pj again yay to japanese food nextttt. ms loh's quite a cool teacher :)

ballet these few days have been not baddd. i've been trying to go for double classes so that i can improve my stamina and get better and stronger! anddd to my horror i'm quite bad at non-syllabus class now :/ doing grade 6 has quite spoilt me with the repetition haha! that's not to say i regret anything tho. doing grade 6 has been the most amazingggg experience that i will never trade for anything.

oh and my sissy has started school at AJC!!! i was really hoping she could go to NJC but i hope AJ's gna be good for her too :) at least many of her friends are there with her there so she should be okay! it's really scary how fast she's already in JC!! and my brother's in sec 3 already gosh we're all growing up so fast.

Okie dokie soooooooo here I am to do the seven day challenge which I started eons ago. Since I started it I should finish it so yup.

I want to be happy! Yes being happy is a very good thing to want. I'm gna be greedy and say that I want my whole family and all my friends to be happy as well. To me, one of the best things in life is to find joy in the smallest things. Of course, I'm not idealistic enough to think that we all can be happy all the time, after all, there needs to be contrast. But as long as we're all happy most of the time, well, it's good enough for me :)
